What is a doula?
I am a trained and experienced non-medical professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to you, the birthing person before, during, and just after birth; in addition, I provides emotional and physical support to you and your family during the postpartum period.
It is important to understand that I will not replace your partner/support person, but rather assist them in being a collective support to you. When I am present, it allows your partner to participate at his/her comfort level and as we rally around you, we become your strong support system. I will also be able facilitate communication between you, your partner, and the birthing staff, as well. Remember, I am here for you and your family. My goal is to assist you in advocating for the exact birth you want, no matter what that looks like.

Evidence, published from the Cochrane Review*, has shown that birthing people who receive continuous support from a doula, experience a:

Birth Photography, ONLY - $1150
Birth photography support, ONLY (NO VIDEO at this time)
This package includes:

One in-office prenatal session to go over your photography desires for your birth.

On-call support beginning at 37 weeks.

Photography will begin from the onset of active labor (6cm) until up to two hours after birth.

Your image gallery returned within two weeks of your birth.

**Birth Support, ONLY **
Labor support is great for you if you feel confident and prepared in childbirth education, birth vision planning, comfort measures, or if you have had children in the past and simply want labor support and nothing more. This package is ONLY for support in labor, birth and the immediate postpartum.

Pregnancy & Birth Support
This package is great for you if you feel you need to prepare for your birth with childbirth education, birth vision planning, comfort measures, or if you have/haven't had children in the past and desire continuous support throughout your entire journey. This package is for support in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
This package includes:

Up to 2 private and in depth prenatal meetings in-office and at your home.

Assistance with getting the proper resources for your unique experience.

Assistance with building and writing your family directed birth vision and preferences.

This package is great for you if you feel you need to prepare for your birth with childbirth education, birth vision planning, comfort measures, or if you have/haven't had children in the past and desire continuous support throughout your entire journey. This package is for support in pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and home lactation consulting with Staci (CLC).

2 in-home lactation consulting sessions and assessments to evaluate latch, offer nursing tips, weighing baby, pumping assistance, and more. One initial assessment and one follow-up assessment.
Hypnobabies(TM) Hypno-Doula Support- Included
As a Hypnobabies (TM) Hypno-doula, I have received specialized training to support clients choosing to use self-hypnosis for a more comfortable birthing experience. The Hypnobabies program teaches highly effective "eyes-open childbirth hypnosis” techniques to enable birthing people to remain comfortably in hypnosis while also maintaining full mobility to walk, talk, change positions, or rest, as they choose. Stillbirthday Bereavement Doula Support - Free
This package is for families who are or will be experiencing a loss whether it be miscarriage, abortion, late-term miscarriage, fetal demise, stillbirth, or other.
This package includes:

Photography for up to two hours after the birth.
