So I know I have fallen behind in featuring local businesses but it's because I am now a FULL TIME student and still supporting amazing clients on the journey through parenthood!! But...I am still extremely passionate about collaboration and am SO EXCITED to share Tamara Mallon with you!! She is an asset to our community and I am so ready to share a bit about what she does! But first I have to ask...Do you consider yourself a healthy eater? I mean, do you get the recommended servings of fruits and veggies daily? Let's be honest here, it's hard to eat enough healthy foods in our busy and fast paced lives. As fast foods and on the go foods are gaining popularity, our desire for healthy foods is decreasing. Of course I'm not talking about everyone, but for people like me, grabbing a bag of chips is easier than preparing a salad. Or do you have picky eaters? I do! So it's easy to slip in some nibbles of their mac and cheese and chicken nuggets and skip the veggies all together. Please tell us a little about yourself, your hobbies, interests, etc.
I am a Wife and Mom to two little boys Liam (7) and Luke (3). I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Community Mental Health. I also went to school for ASL and Interpreting for the Deaf. I love to dance, spend time with family and friends, meet new people and help others. After many years of not feeling well and my son struggling with tummy issues I took control and found nutrition to be super beneficial and impactful. This has become my passion and I feel obligated to share with others so that they too can have a pain free, healthy life.
